reflecct has Stephan Braungardt’s distinctive approach, who has continuously acquired new expertise in areas ranging from advertising films and digital collaboration to coaching, organizational development, and AI, reliably translating creative visions into viable processes.
Creativity meets structure: As a TV producer in the McCann and TBWA agency networks, Stephan Braungardt brought two worlds together for the first time: the inspiration of creative minds and the precision of reliable processes. During the subsequent establishment of the Berlin branch of Neue Sentimental Film—including his involvement in the IPO—his principle became firmly established: ideas only shine when they are supported by clear processes.
Rethinking collaboration: With the digital revolution in 2007, he founded Unusuals, a platform where filmmakers worldwide could find projects, network with talent, and communicate—a pioneering step for visibility and collaboration in the creative industry. The experience of bringing together global perspectives and translating them into concrete projects continues to shape his work today.
Mastering complexity: In order to consolidate his diverse interests, he trained as a systemic coach and added solution-oriented communication, mindfulness techniques, and recognized productivity methods such as Getting Things Done and PARA to his toolkit. Since then, he has been mediating between different positions, transforming tensions into resilient decisions, and accompanying projects through to their complete implementation.
Scaling a variety of perspectives: Under the name reflecct, he combines creative excellence with strategy development, organizational design, and coaching. Industry and functional knowledge from agencies, film production, corporations, and start-ups flows into clearly structured roadmaps that help companies leverage their potential and shape sustainable growth—whether in owner-managed creative businesses or international industrial corporations.
